Project: Mural restoration for North York Arts
NYA had a partially destroyed mural and asked if I could photograph and digitally restore it so that they could print a new version and hopefully salvage the work of numerous artists who had contributed to it.
To highlight the extent of the digital post-production work carried out to accomplish their goal, I am including some of the before images which I photographed on-site at North York Arts. There were multiple exposures taken, but these show an overview of the damage. Each piece of the mural is over 6ft tall, to give some size perspective.

Each of the three panes was cleaned up digitally and then combined into one seamless piece. Attention to detail was paramount because this piece would be later printed and remounted. It’s now re-printed!
